Being a morning TV host sure is a job. By The time most of us get out of bed, the lovely Sinead Desmond's working day is nearly done. But Sinead says not to feel bad for her because she is the biggest morning person on the planet. The Ireland AM presenter revealed, "Bedtime is normally 8.30pm for me. I know, it's really really pathetic. And I'm up at 4am. But I'm annoying cheerful in the morning. I am one of those disgusting morning people - I get up singing the praises of life, I'm happy with the world and i'm absolutely, annoying loud and cheerful and chipper. I thank the Lord I am because I couldn't do the job if I wasn't, I really couldn't. I knew there was a reason all my life that i was such a disgustingly happy morning person and with Ireland AM I've finally found my lot in life. "And if you're wondering how Sinead stays looking so amazing despite the early starts, she told me, "It's make-up, loads of it- that's my only secret.
